Basic event info

We offer Hub North to you as a venue, a blank slate. For the most part the rest is up to you. Here are some basic FYI’s to get you started. Just send a message or give us a call for more detailed information and pricing, or to ask questions or check availability.

  • Max capacity for events is 130 people.
  • Event fees, security deposits and insurance may be required when events include guests beyond those accommodated on site, or when using outside vendors.
  • We will gladly accommodate daytime gatherings and meetings when overnight availability allows.
  • We do allow camping for your friends on the night of an event- sometimes it’s just not safe to drive.
  • Weddings typically encompass a 4-night rental of the property to allow for a relaxed atmosphere, lots of time with family and friends and plenty of time for set-up and clean-up.
  • Pets are not permitted on the property without permission from Hub North.
