All Lodge and Glamping rentals are subject to a two-night minimum, three nights for holiday weekends.

When possible we will make midweek exceptions if you are bike touring (arriving & leaving by bike).

A 50% deposit will be taken to secure your reservation.

• For individual Glamping reservations: Deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and is non-refundable at that time.
• For Lodge, Hub and Takeover reservations: Deposit becomes non-refundable 60 days prior to arrival. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and will be non-refundable at that time.

Maximum Occupancy of all rental spaces is determined- please respect these limits.

Taxes are included in all rates.

Lodge common area or Pavilion may be used for meeting space when available 1/2day for $100 ($25/hour).

Event Rates available upon request.

We ask that you do not smoke on the Hub North property.

We know your pets are great, but we ask that they sit this adventure out. Hub North is pet free.

Linens are included in all rentals, and we have lots of blankets! We’d appreciate it if you leave your sleeping bags at home.

We do not allow the parking or use of motorized, recreational vehicles on the property.
